Please note

The program may change due to weather conditions, tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
Children from the age of 6 can travel with you as passengers under your responsibility. You can manage it yourself from the age of 15.
Group tours for up to 12 jet skis.
The responsibility for the safety of the jet ski lies entirely with the participant of the excursion from the beginning of the program until its completion.
It is forbidden to drive a jet ski while intoxicated.

Group boat trips are not allowed:

Tourists over 70 years old (not recommended).
People with physical disabilities or serious illnesses.
Pregnant women (regardless of age). If you report pregnancy at the departure pier, the tour fee will not be refunded. In this case, the tourist pays for the return transfer himself.

Cancellation and non-admission conditions:

• Free transfer of the tour date is possible at least 48 hours before the start of the program.

• Payment for the tour will not be refunded if refused less than 48 hours before departure.

• If cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the program, a fee of 1,000 baht will be charged.

• Refunds for cancellation of the tour are only possible if you provide a medical certificate from the hospital (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour.
