Booking Terms
Reservation
- A deposit is required to reserve a sea tour. The amount depends on the type of tour and the selected vessel.
- Booking confirmation is sent within 24 hours after payment.
- For certain tours — such as multi-day trips, evening shows, jet ski rentals, Phi Phi ferry transfers, water parks, zipline adventures, diving, sea fishing, private tours, and programs involving flights — full prepayment (100%) is required before the tour date.
Please note: all tours must be paid in full before the tour begins.
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer. For holders of Thai bank accounts, a direct transfer to our corporate account is available. International payments can also be made via Wise or card-to-card transfer.
- Cash to courier. You can pay the full cost of the tour in cash to our courier. An additional courier service fee of 300 THB applies.
- Online payment in rubles. You can also pay for your tour online in rubles via a secure payment link.
Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is due to the yacht or boat owner, we will arrange an alternative vessel of the same class or issue a full refund.
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, the deposit is non-refundable.
