Conditions of admission to the tour
- Children under 3 years of age are not allowed on board.
- Children from 3 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount in low season.
- For children from 3 to 5 years old, it is necessary to reserve a master suite or VIP cabin at the regular price.
- The maximum number of children on board is 4.
- Travel is not recommended for the elderly over 70 years of age and pregnant women; the company is not responsible.
- People with medical limitations, high blood pressure, or heart problems are advised to consult a doctor before excursions.

- Departure time and program may vary due to tide levels and weather conditions.
- Alcohol is not sold to people under the age of 20.
- Do not take valuables with you, the company is not responsible for losses.
- Pets are not allowed on board.
- It is forbidden to bring food and drinks.
- Boat jumping is prohibited.

- VIP Cabin — cozy bedroom, air conditioning, private bathroom. An additional 4,000 baht is charged.
- Master Suite — spacious bedroom with sofa, air conditioning, private bathroom. An additional 5,000 baht is charged.
