- This tour is not recommended for tourists over 70 years of age.
- Participation in the tour is prohibited for people with physical disabilities or serious illnesses.
- Pregnant women (regardless of their age) are also prohibited จาก participating in the tour. If you report pregnancy at the departure pier, the tour fee is non-refundable, in which case the return transfer is paid for by the tourist himself.

Conditions for cancellation and postponement of the tour

- A free transfer of the tour date is possible at least 48 hours before the start of the โปรแกรม.
- Payment for the tour will not be refunded if refused less than 48 hours before departure.
- If cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the โปรแกรม, a fee of 1,000 บาท will be charged.
