Important information

- Each participant receives a life jacket and is instructed.
- The jet skis are regularly checked and are in excellent technical condition.
- Guides accompany you throughout the entire route, providing assistance in any situation.
- The responsibility for the safety of the jet ski lies entirely with the participant of the excursion from the beginning of the תוכנית until its completion.
- Driving a jet ski while intoxicated is strictly prohibited!

Admission conditions

- Children from the age of 7 can participate in the tour as passengers only under your responsibility.
- Self-driving a jet ski is allowed from the age of 18.
- This tour is not recommended for tourists over 70 years of age.
- Participation in the tour is prohibited for people with physical disabilities or serious illnesses.
- Pregnant women (regardless of their age) are also prohibited from participating in the tour. If you report pregnancy at the departure pier, the tour fee is non-refundable, in which case the return transfer is paid for by the tourist himself.

Conditions of the event
>
- The תוכנית may change depending on weather conditions, tides or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour.
- The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable personal belongings of tourists.
- In case of a storm warning, the maritime police forbids the departure of small vessels at sea. In this case, a refund for the tour or a rescheduling to another date is possible.

Conditions for cancellation and postponement of the tour
>
- A free transfer of the tour date is possible at least 48 hours before the start of the תוכנית.
- Payment for the tour will not be refunded if refused less than 48 hours before departure.
- If cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the תוכנית, a fee of 1,000 Baht will be charged.
- A refund for the cancellation of the tour is only possible if you provide a medical certificate from the hospital (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour.
